Design-Build Upgrades to site and building lighting which included a complete energy efficient site and lighting project, to aid in reducing electrical consumption by 5-10% of the existing lighting load. Work included changing fixtures, ballast, lammps to meet energy efficiency goals while maintaining minimum lighting requirement as set forth in the lighting standards for VHA hospital facilities.
