    Our projects are completed on time and delivered within budget. With state-of-the-art technology, we ensure all project scheduling and budgeting is kept up-to-date and promptly communicated.

    Our construction team has extensive experience in demolition, renovation, and new construction projects for all size projects within the healthcare, multifamily, industrial, and office & retail segments.   • Construction Management

    Construction Management

    Construction Managers are Owner’s Representatives, responsible to protect the owner’s interests during the complicated building process. Hernandez can provide a single point of contact for taking a project from design and permitting through to construction and final occupancy all while keeping the project on schedule, on budget and the owner informed of progress. Seasoned construction professionals can perform all or only part of the services described below. Our goal is to take the construction burden off our clients so that they can focus on their business.


    Communication is a key component of a successful project. Construction Managers maintain communication through the following services.

    • Lead weekly meetings during design and construction phases
    • Identify issues/risks and address them with solutions
    • Weekly Owner update reports including schedule, budget, and safety
    • Monthly Owner in-person or phone updates with details on schedule, budget, and project progress



    • Program Management – construction management of multiple projects
    • Existing building assessment: a report on the existing conditions
    • Assist with go/no go acquisition decisions
    • Designer of Record selection assistance
    • Provide constructability reviews as design progresses
    • Develop the project’s scope of work (SOW)
    • Site selection & Pre-construction analysis of a project
    • Cost estimating before, during and after design
    • Schedule creation and timeline analysis
    • Permitting review and filing on behalf of the owner

      • Develop and distribute Request for Proposals (RFP)

    During Construction:

    Our in-house teaming partner Albert Architecture, is a full-service professional architectural and engineering firm and offers licensed architectural and mechanical/plumbing design services in Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Alabama, Texas and Florida. Albert Architecture has successfully managed design projects for numerous clients, including new construction and renovation projects. The firm focuses on projects that enliven the local community, through an interactive collaboration of goals, ideas, and design solutions between the client and the architect.

    Albert Architecture is capable of managing all design projects from initial planning through the completion of construction. Our construction experience allows us to minimize change orders by conducting a thorough constructability review of all drawing sets. This ensures all design work will be within budget and estimating abilities.

    Hernandez can provide a range of environmental remediation services. Hernandez uses the most innovative technology in its services to protect clients and their environment against potentially harmful effects of contamination. These services include site assessment and inspection, excavation, demolition, abatement, security and site closeouts, as well as many other technologies.

    Our team of professionals has managed numerous site developments, industrial and public works projects, and has handled countless environmental remediation and disaster recovery projects. We have performed on projects nationwide, from Augusta, ME, to Mather, CA, and as far south as San Juan, PR. By always remaining solution-focused, Hernandez can resolve any environmental issues that may arise on the job site.

    Hernandez is able to offer a diverse range of real estate development services including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project management. Through our development partner, NORF Companies, we offer equity investment in projects and offer to partner with owners and developers on strategic projects.

    Additionally, we offer clients flexible strategies to meet the needs of any development project. We maximize investor returns by partially deferring fees and by taking equity within a project for reduced fees. In conjunction with NORF Companies and other joint ventures, Hernandez has already successfully redeveloped numerous projects within the New Orleans area with several more in progress.
