When soliciting quotes, Hernandez Consulting & Construction identifies whether prospective subcontractors qualify as small businesses and gives appropriate consideration to companies capable of competitively performing the work solicited. When project scope or magnitude limits a small business’s ability to perform a complete subcontracted work item, we work to identify manageable portions of work and request that larger subcontractors do the same.
