NORF Companies is a real estate development teaming partner of Hernandez, and is a private investment fund that was established in 2013. They focus on redeveloping neighborhoods in New Orleans by identifying strategic locations and properties for redevelopment. The company seeks to maximize each project's impact on the surrounding community while fulfilling its main objectives: Help eradicate blight in New Orleans; improve the quality of the City's Housing Stock; continually build upon efficiencies provided through strategic relationships; demonstrate that New Orleans is fertile ground for outside investment and provide desired return to investors and stakeholders of projects.

VPG Hernandez JV, LLC (VPG/Hernandez) is a formal agreement between VPG Construction and Hernandez Consulting & Construction, two New Orleans-based firms. This partnership brings to the table over two decades of design-build, design-bid-build and construction services, 12+ years of project management, and significant breadth and depth in contracting, administration, risk management, and business process creation experience.

Spees LLC is a design-build firm that also specializes in providing project and engineering management consulting services. Our focus is to contract directly with the owners as the prime member of a design build team, subcontracting the actual construction to a general contractor.
