Hernandez Consulting & Construction and Albert Architecture were the design-build team for the renovation of 620 Opelousas Avenue. The building was a run-down Masonic Temple in Algiers Point of news that was transformed into 10 high-end residential lofts. Designed by the in-house architecture firm and then built by Hernandez Consulting & Construction, these one bedroom and two bedroom units are available in this full interior reconstruction with all new electrical, plumbing, and central A/C and heat. All units feature new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, off street reserved parking, new windows and access to the rooftop deck.
Prior to completion of the final renovations, NORF Management began advertising the lofts for rent. The building is currently at full occupancy and NORF Management continues to work with tenants to maintaining leasing agreements.
