Hernandez Consulting & Construction was the prime contractor responsible for the installation of new exterior LED wall packs and overhead packs at multiple buildings base-wide at NCBC Gulfport. The project included 1,721 wall packs, 1,052 overhead packs, and 300 recessed bulbs.
