Hernandez Consulting & Construction completed the expansion of the pharmacy at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Asheville, NC. Work included the installation of flooring, asbestos abatement, the addition of bulletproof glass transaction windows, new cabinets, new countertops, painting, the installation of acoustical ceilings as well as the addition of two bathrooms. During the project, a change order called for the installation of bulletproof transaction windows within the pharmacy. The project was completed on time, while the pharmacy remained fully active and operational.
