Hernandez Consulting & Construction, founded in 2005 by Alex Hernandez in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, has grown from a New Orleans-based firm into a trusted general contractor operating across 21 CONUS states, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. With nearly 20 years of experience and over 400 projects valued at over $500 million, we deliver comprehensive services—including design-build, general contracting, and construction management—for federal, state, and private clients. Licensed in Louisiana (#56621), Florida (#CGC1537635), and Texas (#19LPL1647), our team of over 60 professionals, including veterans and industry experts, ensures quality, safety, and efficiency. From historic renovations like the $32 million Warwick Hotel to infrastructure projects like the $30 million New Orleans Riverfront, we partner with clients to build lasting value with precision and care.
