Hernandez Consulting & Construction was the prime contractor of a 4,200 SF, 5-bedroom, 5 ½-bathroom Mediterranean-style residence. New-construction designed to keep with the historic neighborhood. Special attention was given to details throughout the residence to minimize the home’s carbon footprint such as energy-efficient windows, lighting, fixtures, & appliances. The house was awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes Silver Certification.
