John-Michael joined Hernandez Consulting & Construction in 2008 and has worked in several areas of the company including, Quality Control Management, Project Management and Estimating. He was appointed to the role of Vice President of Business Development in January 2020.
The Business Development Team focuses on client relationships to ensure that project goals are achieved, ranging from project inception and financing to design and construction
Mr. Johnson’s credentials include the American Hospital Association’s Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
His experience includes commercial construction projects throughout the country in the multi-family, medical, mixed-use, government, office, and military sectors.
John-Michael is a native of Alexandria, LA, and a graduate of Tulane University’s School of Engineering ’07 and the A.B. Freeman School of Business ‘08. He is a member of Rayne Memorial United Methodist Church and is active in several community organizations. John-Michael lives in New Orleans with his wife and children.
