Hernandez Consulting & Construction completed the design-build roof replacement, integration of new existing de-humidification and humidification units into the existing BAS system, installation of a vapor barrier and replacement of the floor in four rooms of the RBC building onboard the base.
Hernandez removed only sections of roofing that can be replaced on a daily basis or be able to provide ample protection to the interior of the building. During the process of removal and replacement the existing roof exhausts and vents were still in operation. The existing roof hatches were painted. All copings and perimeter flashings were replaced with new prefinished aluminum flashing materials.
