Design/Build project to remediate interior spaces, and waterproof the exterior of the U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse. The North and East faces of the building were coated with a high build waterproofing system. On the fourth floor terrace a section of topping slab was removed and replaced to provide a new waterproofing membrane on the structural slab. Two exterior planters were stripped and the waterproofing membrane was replaced. Interior office spaces were demolished, remediated, and replaced with new carpet.
