Hernandez Consulting, & Construction was recommended by building owners (Karlin and Colliers International) and subsequently approved by GSA and FBI New Orleans and Washington D.C. offices, to provide construction management and administration services including oversight and weekly review of project progress. The architect of record and general contractor reported to Hernandez along with GSA and FBI representatives. Hernandez conducted the weekly meetings, recorded minutes for distribution to concerned parties (SBU and non SBU), and provided expertise to architects, contractor and GSA for the expeditious completion of the project on time.
FBI New Orleans – New construction of 460 sq. ft. ballistic rated Visitor Screening Facility (VSF) with perimeter anti-ram high security fencing, key coded gate, bollards and vehicle entry barriers. Additional curb cuts and driveways to comply with GSA and FBI revised vehicle and pedestrian entry points.
