Albert Architecture is a licensed full-service architectural firm located in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a subsidiary company of Hernandez Consulting.
Founded by Richard Albert in 2000, the firm focuses on projects that enliven the local community, through an interactive collaborative process between the client and the architect. The firm has experience providing both public and private sector clients with architectural services in both renovation and new construction.
Albert Architecture ensures customer care through communication, innovation, performance, and reliability. Their staff members are LEED AP, experienced in Revit and BIM, and are geographically diverse.
Carbon Solutions America (CSA) provides unbiased and independent consulting services with an open architecture platform with access to best-of-breed service providers. They specialize in performing carbon footprints, implementing reduction/sustainability plans, and providing advisory services to U.S. based firms looking to either navigate the voluntary carbon markets or adopt greenhouse gas reduction policies in the interest of their business.
CSA is a subsidiary of Hernandez Consulting and is currently working closely with several government organizations to develop renewable energy sources from current government assets such as landfills. CSA helps companies and government entities create value by helping them reduce their impact on climate change.
The New Orleans Redevelopment Fund, a subsidiary of Hernandez Consulting, is a private company that was established in 2013. They focus on redeveloping neighborhoods in New Orleans by identifying strategic locations and properties for redevelopment. The company seeks to maximize each project's impact on the surrounding community while fulfilling its main objectives: Help eradicate blight in New Orleans; improve the quality of the City's Housing Stock; continually build upon efficiencies provided through strategic relationships; demonstrate that New Orleans is fertile ground for outside investment and provide desired return to investors and stakeholders of projects.
South Coast Solar (SCS) is Louisiana’s only provider of SunPower solar panels, the world’s most efficient and aesthetically pleasing solar energy systems. Locally owned and operated, they are setting the bar for both commercial and residential sales, service, and installation of renewable energy systems.
SCS prides itself on being a leader in the solar industry in Louisiana. Whether assisting with the training of new solar technicians through Louisiana Cleantech, lobbying the Louisiana State Legislature on behalf of the citizens, or meeting with utility companies to promote dependable renewable energy, they lead the way. SCS and Hernandez Consulting have formed a formal Joint Venture to design and build solar PV on federal installations.
Gulf Building Corp. is a single source commercial construction company that offers Pre-Construction, Pre-Design, Architecture, General Contracting, and Construction Management services. If Shell Construction or complete Design/Build services are needed, Gulf delivers projects that are completed on time and delivered within budget. With state-of-the-art technology, Gulf ensures all projects scheduling and budgeting is kept up-to-date and promptly communicated.
Gulf’s diverse portfolio of new and renovation construction includes the following industries: Hotels, medical, office & professional, educational, residential, supermarkets, industrial & governmental. Gulf has LEED certified architects and has already designed several LEED silver buildings in Florida. Hernandez Consulting and Gulf Building have in place a Joint Venture, helping to better serve their clients.
