Baker Smith Inc. is the oldest surveying company in the Louisiana and they also do project management; civil engineering design including flood control structures, hurricane protection, coastal wetlands; plans and specifications; environmental services including environmental and ecosystem restoration, fish and wildlife evaluation (bio-benchmarking), NEPA, contaminant waste investigations, public outreach; master planning; survey; database design and GIS; and general construction practices.

TBS and Hernandez Consulting have entered into a Mentor-Protégé relationship under the Louisiana Department of Economic Development Mentor Protégé Program. Both firms are extremely excited about the many opportunities that we will have to work together. TBS has a wealth of experience in survey works projects involving civil/structural engineering, flood control, hurricane protection, hydrologic modeling, and environmental and ecosystem restoration as well as a recent proven track record with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects.

South Coast Solar (SCS) is Louisiana’s only provider of SunPower solar panels, the world’s most efficient and aesthetically pleasing solar energy systems. Locally owned and operated, we are setting the bar for both commercial and residential sales, service, and installation of renewable energy systems. SCS prides itself on being a leader in the solar industry in Louisiana. Whether assisting with the training of new solar technicians through Louisiana Cleantech, lobbying the Louisiana State Legislature on behalf of our citizens, or meeting with utility companies to promote dependable renewable energy, we lead the way.  SCS and Hernandez Consulting have formed a formal Joint Venture to design and build solar PV on federal installations.

The project success is attained when the total project team- including the Owner, Architect & Engineer Consultants, Construction Manager, Subcontractors and suppliers are successful at their individual roles. Hernandez Construction has the experience and strategic mindset to work with all team members on the project towards achieving individual team goals.

Hernandez Construction is an open book contractor. The project will be granted constant access to the project record and will also be invited to participate in the bid closing, scope review meetings and award meetings. Hernandez Construction's proposed staff has been hand selected and strategically organized to ensure that the project is delivered as an on-schedule, high quality product. Hernandez Construction's personnel experience with tiltwall construction is second to none.

Carbon Solutions America  provides unbiased and independent consulting services with an open architecture platform with access to best-of-breed service providers. They specialize in performing carbon footprints, implementing reduction/sustainability plans, and providing advisory services to U.S. based firms looking to either navigate the voluntary carbon markets or adopt greenhouse gas reduction policies in the interest of their business. 

Carbon Solutions America (CSA) is a subsidiary of Hernandez Consulting and is currently working closely with several government organizations to develop renewable energy sources from current government assets such as landfills. CSA helps companies and government entities create value by helping them reduce their impact on climate change.

Gulf Building Corp is an Architecture and Engineering firm specializing in Design-Build techniques. Gulf has LEED certified architects and has already designed several LEED silver buildings in Florida.
